• CFP (440/20 nm)
• GFP/FITC (475/28 nm)
• YFP (510/25 nm)
• Cy3 (545/28 nm)
• mCherry (575/25nm)
• CY5 (637/12 nm)
• This light source will include a standard 3mm liquid light guide (LLG)
• The included ethernet cable allows for connection to the system via a web based GUI interface
• The GUI interface allows for color selection and intensity control of each color
• Single colors can be selected as well as any combination of the available colors
• This light source can be integrated into image capture software and controlled via TTL triggering
• The LED lamps have a lifetime rating of 20,000+ hours
