This Nikon E600 POL Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally by our technician under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Testing we performed:
The Nikon E600 POL Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested halogen lamp for DIA and base power supply: PASSED
Tested halogen lamp EPI and base power supply: PASSED
Tested circular graduated stage to rotated 360 degrees: PASSED
Tested polarization studies from both lightpaths: PASSED
Tested focal adjustments: PASSED
Tested condenser: PASSED
Tested objectives for clarity: PASSED
Tested eyepieces for clarity: PASSED
Tested trinocular head port splits between all ports: PASSED
Tested live feed connection to camera: PASSED
Tested all shutters and mechanical adjustments: PASSED

During testing this Nikon E600 POL Microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort

This Nikon E600 POL Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield Transmitted with Polarization and Brightfield Reflective with Polarization studies.
This system is meant for biological and material studies. It is fitted with a circular graduated stage for polarized studies.
The AmScope MU300 digital camera is capable of taking detailed digital images and live feed capabilities with simple measurement capabilities.
The Nikon E600 POL Microscope system includes a Dell Latitude i5 laptop for MicroManger and AmScope software.

The video starts off with a full view of the entire Nikon E600 POL Microscope. The camera pans around the system showing all included components.
The transmitted light is powered on and the polarization components are used to show pPolarized illumination.
