Setup for Patch Clamp Electrophysiology, Brightfield with DIC, and Fluorescence studies with Brand New Fluorescence Filters
- This setup includes a Sutter MP-285 micromanipulation system with HEKA 10 headstage
- The headstage allows for recording using Heka Patch Master software
- A Faraday cage and TMC Antivibration table are included for improved sample recording
- This microscope is optimized for observation of biological studies where enhanced contrasting methods are necessary.
- Enhancing components, such as Fluorescence Filter Cubes have been added (Other components are available)
- The total current magnification range of this microscope is 40 to 200x (Other objectives are available)
- The fluorescence light source included is Metal Halide light source
- The XY mechanical stage has a travel range of 70 x 50mm. It will allow for observation of prepared slides and petri dishes.
- The included TMC Anti-Vibration features TMCs Gimbal Piston Air Isolators, allowing quick dissipation of disturbances of the isolated table top and clear imaging without interference from local vibration around the lab.
